如何更換損壞的地磅傳感器
How to weigh sensor replacement
在更換損壞的地磅稱重傳感器時應(yīng)按照生產(chǎn)廠家的要求進(jìn)行，以免產(chǎn)生新的損壞。更換步驟如下：
In the replacement of damaged loadometer weighing sensor should be carried out in accordance with the manufacturers requirements, in order to avoid new damage. Replace the following steps:
1.打開損壞了的傳感器上方蓋板，用千斤頂頂起秤臺，取下連接件。如有限位支座，則拆下限位支座。

2.打開接線盒，將損壞了的傳感器的電纜線與接線盒斷開，拆除固定此電纜線的電纜夾，在傳感器端抽出電纜線。

注意：在抽線時，附上一根引線穿過秤臺，以便在更換新傳感器時，很方便地將電纜線穿越秤臺進(jìn)入接線盒。

3.用套筒扳手松開固定傳感器的高強度螺母，拆下傳感器。
把新的傳感器裝上，用高強度螺栓螺母固定住傳感器，再用扭矩扳手按規(guī)定的扭矩擰緊螺母。

4.參照2的方法，將新傳感器電纜線穿越秤臺進(jìn)入接線盒，用電纜夾固定住電纜線。

5.按照接線圖將電纜線各芯線固定在接線盒對應(yīng)的接線柱或焊點上。

6.安裝連接件(支承頭涂黃油)和限位支座。松開千斤頂，放平秤臺，蓋上蓋板。

7.更換傳感器后，必須對地磅重新設(shè)定、標(biāo)正。
